1. Same-Day Delivery Service

Weekly and festive deliveries may have different cut-off times.
2. Order Processing
• All orders are subject to the availability of flowers and materials.
• We reserve the right to substitute flowers of equal or greater value if specific varieties are unavailable.
• Orders are confirmed only upon successful processing of payment.
• Payment must be completed at the time of order placement.
3. Delivery Terms
• The recipient must be available to receive the flowers during the delivery window.
• If the recipient is unavailable, we may leave the order with a neighbor or building security, with prior notification.
• Delivery charges are non-refundable once the delivery attempt has been made.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.
Delivery Charges:
Dubai:
• Free delivery for orders above AED 200.
• A delivery charge of AED 25 applies for orders below AED 200.
Sharjah & Abu Dhabi:
• Free delivery for orders above AED 350.
• A delivery charge of AED 40 applies for orders below AED 350.
• An additional charge of AED 20 applies for each additional address within the same delivery window.
4. Product Quality & Care
• All flowers are fresh and hand-picked on the day of delivery.
• Flowers will remain fresh for at least three days with proper care.
• Care instructions will be included with every delivery.
• Seasonal availability may affect specific flower varieties. Decorative items shown in images may vary based on availability.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
• In case of quality issues, please contact us within 01 hours of delivery with photos.
• All cancellations and refunds are subject to applicable banking charges and the bank's terms and conditions.
6. Special Occasions & Peak Days
• During holidays (public, special or religious) our delivery timings may be adjusted.
• Premium charges may apply during peak seasons.
• Limited bouquets and delivery slots may be available for special occasions.
7. Payment Terms
• We accept all major credit and debit cards.
• Online payments are processed securely through encrypted channels and protocols.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.
• We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery. All orders must be prepaid through our available online payment methods.
8. Customer Responsibilities
• Provide accurate delivery address and recipient contact information.
• Ensure someone is available to receive the delivery.
• Notify us of any delivery restrictions or special instructions.
• Check your spam folder for order confirmations and updates.
• Provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.
9. Liability Limitations
• Maximum liability is limited to the order value.
• We are not responsible for specific flower care or plant handling after delivery.
• Decorative items shown in images may vary based on availability.

11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes will be resolved through the courts of Dubai.
12. Modifications to Terms
Maa Flowers reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
